What time is Wales v France kick-off and what TV channel is it on?

Wales and France face off under the lights in their Six Nations encounter on Friday evening, with last year's remarkable clash in Paris still fresh in the memory.

Wayne Pivac's men will be looking to bounce back once again following defeat to England last time out, with just one win against Scotland to their name so far in the tournament.

France head to Cardiff with vastly different fortunes, with a Grand Slam still on the cards after victories over Italy, Ireland and Scotland.

Here's what you need to know.

What time is kick-off?

Wales host France on Friday, March 11, at 8pm at the Principality Stadium.

What TV channel is Wales v France on? What about live streaming?

Coverage of Wales' match against England is being broadcast live on BBC and S4C. Viewers will also be able to live stream coverage via BBC iPlayer and S4C Clic.

What's the team news?

Wales boss Wayne Pivac has made four changes to his team, including a recall for Jonathan Davies.

The 95-times capped veteran centre replaces Nick Tompkins in the side and will line up at 12, with Owen Watkin outside him at 13.

Wales say Tompkins misses the game because of a concussion injury sustained when starring in Saracens' victory over Leicester at the weekend.

The other three changes from the side narrowly defeated by England at Twickenham come in the pack.

As predicted, Cardiff duo Seb Davies and Josh Navidi are chosen as Pivac's flankers, with Ross Moriarty and Taine Basham dropped.

There is a further change at prop where Ospreys front-rower Gareth Thomas comes in for first-choice Lions loosehead Wyn Jones.

As for France, they have made just one change to their team with Gabin Villière replacing Damian Penaud on the wing.

Villière, one of France’s standout players in the first two rounds, missed the win in Scotland with a fractured sinus but is fit again to start.

Centre Gaël Fickou has also been named despite missing training.

What have the coaches said?

Wales head coach Wayne Pivac: “I’ve got to say, they’ve been two of the most enjoyable matches I’ve been involved in.

"They’ve been great games, but unfortunately we’ve come out on the wrong side of the result in two tight games.

"We don’t have to think far back to the game going for the Grand Slam last year. The last minute play robbed us of that and the disappointment is still in the minds.

"There’s been two great games so far and hopefully it’ll be another great game this Friday.”

France head coach Fabien Galthie: "Damian Penaud and Romain Taofifenua will not travel following positive tests this morning," Galthie said after naming the team on Wednesday.

"We'd largely been spared that until now, but that's the way it is. We have the resources to front up against Wales.

"We are preparing for it: we are waiting for information from the Six Nations Committee to find out if and when we will be retested.

"Psychologically, it's brutal. But we've got to keep going and the guys coming in are ready."
