Those wanting to watch Rory McIlroy in action at the US Open on Saturday have a very late night ahead of them.

The Holywood man is not scheduled to start his third round in Los Angeles until 11.29pm Irish time and will play alongside American Xander Schauffele.

Shane Lowry is out much earlier than his Tokyo Olympics teammate, with his round scheduled to start at 5.55pm as he plays alongside his good friend Tommy Fleetwood.
