Luke Littler is now just one win away from reaching the World Darts Championship final as the teenage sensation's Alexandra Palace fairytale continues tonight.
The 16-year-old from Warrington has been the undoubted story of this year's tournament at Ally Pally, defying his young years and lack of experience to reach the semi-finals with stunning victories over seasoned opponents in Christian Kist, Andrew Gilding and Matt Campbell plus most notably his hero, Raymond van Barneveld.
Littler - the youngest player ever to win a match at darts' signature global event - then brushed aside Brendan Dolan 5-1 in the last eight on New Year's Day to continue his incredible run.
Now standing between the talented teenager and a place in Wednesday night's showpiece is Rob Cross.
Cross is the current world No8 who somehow pulled off a historic comeback from 4-0 down against Chris Dobey in the quarters to march through on the same day that favourite Michael van Gerwen was ousted by Scott Williams and Luke Humphries thrashed Dave Chisnall.
"It's going to take a lot to stop me," Littler warned Cross, who lifted his only world title to date by beating the legendary Phil Taylor back in 2018.
"It feels unbelievable. I never thought I would have got to the semis on my debut year.
"It's crazy watching myself at 18 months or two years old in a nappy, but it has all paid off.
"One day we went to a shop with my parents and I pointed to a magnetic dartboard because they look similar. The rest is history."
Littler has already banked £100,000 during a remarkable tournament in which he has only dropped four sets in total, with £500,000 on offer if he can now go on and lift the trophy this week.

Littler vs Cross is first up on the order of play for semi-finals night at Ally Pally on Tuesday, with coverage beginning at 7:30pm GMT. The action should get underway at around 7:45pm.
Williams vs Humphries will follow, with the winners of those matches going on to meet in tomorrow night's final.
