What time does the 2026 Oscars ceremony begin?

  • The official Oscars ceremony is scheduled to begin in the UK at 11pm on Sunday, 15 March.
  • The event, which is being held at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, is set to start a US at 7pm ET, or 4pm PT.
  • This year's ceremony starts earlier than usual due to the US clocks going forward, although the Oscars themselves are later in the year.
  • The official Oscars red carpet, hosted by Amelia Dimoldenberg, will begin at 6:30 pm ET / 3:30 pm PT or 10:30pm GMT.
