What time and TV channel is the AFL Grand final?

The AFL Grand final takes place this weekend and there will be plenty of Irish interest.

Zach Tuohy will make his 250th AFL appearance this weekend in the biggest stage of them all, the AFL Grand final.

The Laois man made his debut back in 2011 for Carlton and has been a stalwart in the league ever since.

And now Tuohy will line out for Geelong as he hits the 250 appearance milestone, only 14 behind the late great Jim Stynes.

The game will take place at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.

Some 100,000 are expected to attend.

Zach Tuohy and Geelong will take on the Sydney Swans.

When is the game on?

The game takes place at the early hours of Saturday morning with kick off set for 5.30 am.
