What's next for Channel 4's Gogglebox stars as they reveal what they're doing now

Everyone has their favourite Gogglebox star. After all, they've welcomed us into their homes and shared their views on the week's tv shows for weeks.

So, after becoming part of our Friday night viewing and conversation starter, the current series - series 19 - has come to an end. A number of the contributors have hinted that the show will return in September and in the meantime it is the turn of the celebs to share their programme views.

But, as Channel 4's Celebrity Gogglebox takes over from the regular crew, we got to wondering just what some of the team did in their break. From charity events to relaxing in the sun, dining out and chilling out, the last few weeks have been fun filled for the team - one star even popped over to Skeggy for a treat. Here's what we found out.

Izzi and Ellie Warner

Sisters Ellie and Izzi have been on the show since 2015. While the pair are from Leeds, it seems that Izzi has been heading our way recently - or at least to our coastline. She has been pictured under a sign that reads: "Welcome to Fabulous Skeg Vegas". The sign adds: "Not in Nevada". Some social media users even thought they'd spotted her on Skegness beach.

Ellie Warner has been off our screens for a while after her boyfriend Nat Eddleston was in a horrific accident. He was hit by a car while walking home one evening and was placed in intensive care while recovering from his injuries. After a traumatic few months for Ellie it was good to see her pictured at a fancy event looking gorgeous in a summer dress. She captioned the picture "You can take the girls out of Yorkshire… "

Simon and Jane

Relatively new cast members, siblings Simon and Jane joined the Gogglebox team last year. The pair's Instagram account shows Simon ready to hit the town. Writing: "When it’s hot in the city, grab a cool refreshing cocktail and sit in the garden. Thank you The Ritz Hotel for a warm welcome, impeccable service and an unusual-looking but rather lovely mocktail. #SummerTreat #HotInTheCityTonight "

Jane was also celebrating her time off screen as well as special events. After enjoying Jubilee Celebrations, she declared, "I had a birthday". Adding alongside a picture of her and Simon with a fabulous-looking cake, "Look at the cake my dear friend Joe made me - it tasted as good as it looked! Simon and I shared it. We also had the Jubilee Trifle which was eaten before I took a photo xx"

The Siddiquis family

Derby's Siddiquis family often show their bond in the programme as Baasit, Umar and their dad Sid, chat about the week's telly. In the latest family post it's father's day that is being celebrated: "Happy Father’s Day to @sidsiddiqui38", read the post. "Thanks for being an amazing dad, grandad and role model. Love you pops ". Sid has also been showing off his decorating skills and teaching one of his grandchildren in an adorable Instagram post.

Daniel and Stephen

Gogglebox couple - Daniel Lustig-Webb and Stephen Webb have been relaxing, working and enjoying life in Brighton with their poodles. Posting pictures of relaxing on sun loungers, paddling in the sea and enjoying a break in the salon with coffee and donuts, the pair are certainly filling their time away from the TV.

Tom and Julie Malone

The Malone family have been on the show since series four and we've seen their teenagers grow up and move off the couch for new careers.

While some of the cast may be taking it easy, Tom has returned from his and Julie's holiday in Spain and signed up for a charity abseil. Due to abseil from Manchester Trafford Centre on Saturday, June 25, Tom is raising money for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation.

Sophie and Pete

Sophie takes to the show with her little brother Pete but has been pictured out and about at a visitors attraction with another fella who followers were quick to speculate on - some asking if was a new boyfriend.

The Plummers

Brothers Tremaine, Twaine and Tristan Plummer are from Bristol but one of the trio has been living it up recently, posting a series of pictures from Saint-Tropez.

Dave and Shirley

Over in Wales, Dave and Shirley are in training for a seriously big walk. The couple are getting ready to "Save the males in Wales". Posting on Instagram alongside a picture of themselves wearing matching t-shirts, they wrote: "Join us for our BIG Walk in Cardiff on Saturday July 9th! Secret Location. Dog & family friendly. Support @prostatecymru and help men in Wales with prostate cancer" adding "Help us #SaveTheMalesInWales". Also signed up for the challenge are celebs TV presenter Sian Lloyd, athlete Colin Jackson and actor Steve Speirs.
