Athletico Paranaense manager Luiz Felipe Scolari has admitted that he believes Chelsea-linked wonderkid Vitor Roque will one day 'be world-class.'
The west London outfit are one of the numerous clubs reportedly interested in signing the 17-year-old with the Athletico Paranaense youngster one of the Brazilian first tier's most exciting prospects.
Able to play across the front line, Roque has attracted interest from multiple potential suitors and is expected to go on to do big things in the game.

And his manager is also a big fan and revealed his confidence in the 17-year-old to go on and have a serious future in the game by saying: “He's a jewel, spectacular, pure. Hard worker, but still developing at 17. He turned pro at 15. Some things to work on… imagine in 2 to 3 years. Mentally he's spectacular. Good kid. He’ll be world-class.”
Felipāo's judgement can certainly be trusted with the Brazilian coaching the likes of Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Rivaldo, Cristiano Ronaldo and Deco amongst others.
