A project to improve how people get around Liverpool city centre will see changes made to the area around the former Churchill Way Flyovers.
Liverpool City Council’s Cabinet has agreed to accept more than half a million pounds to develop a mobility strategy that will build on the recent enhancement of key routes such as Lime Street and The Strand.
The aim of the strategy is to make it easier for people to make short trips into and around the city centre by walking, cycling and using public transport. There will also be an emphasis on enabling people to seamlessly switch between these travel modes.
