When you purchase a mattress online, it usually arrives vacuum-sealed and roll-packed in a long brown box. However, some brands offer White Glove Delivery, which entails a delivery team setting up your new mattress right inside your bedroom — and possibly hauling away your old mattress, too.
White Glove Delivery comes standard with the Saatva Classic, which tops our guide to the best mattresses of 2025. Other online sleep brands, such as Bear and Helix, offer this service as an optional upcharge. That’s because White Glove Delivery is a premium service and not the industry standard.
