What is an autopen as Donald Trump declares Biden's pardons to be void

Donald Trump has taken aim once more at Joe Biden, for his alleged use of a mechanical device during his presidency.

The current president posted a picture of the so-called autopen on his Truth Social network to make an unsubstantiated claim that his predecessor did little more than allow a machine to sign off on documents.
