On this day a decade and a half ago, Bolton Wanderers had one of their most memorable matches and results in the club's history after coming from behind to draw away against German giants Bayern Munich.
Some 66,000 supporters watched the Whites in action against one of the powerhouses of European football in the Allianz Arena. Wanderers played Bayern in the Uefa Cup in Group F in the 2007/08 season.
Wanderers advanced to the knockout stages after finishing third in their group behind Bayern and Braga. They bowed out at the last 16 stage against Sporting Lisbon, having beaten Atletico Madrid in the last 32 round.

On the evening, Wanderers took the lead through Ricardo Gardner after some eight minutes. Lukas Podolski equalised for the hosts, before adding his second after half-time to put Bayern in front.
