Manchester City are still in control of their pursuit of the treble this season under Pep Guardiola.
City's 1-1 draw with Real Madrid proved a useful result as they bid to end their pursuit of the Champions League trophy this season. They remain in control of the Premier League title race too, one point ahead of Arsenal with a game in hand.
With an FA Cup final against Manchester United to follow, it could be a historic season for City. After a busy summer transfer window, their decisions in the market have paid off.
Guardiola made several bold decisions, agreeing to sell important players from the squad who had contributed to title wins. Most of those decisions have been justified on the basis of how those players have fared away from the Etihad Stadium.

Here is a look at how all the players City let go this summer have done at their new clubs.
Raheem Sterling
City's decision to cash in on the England international has been vindicated so far. Sterling has struggled in a difficult season for Chelsea.
The winger has suffered with injuries and when he has featured, his form has been inconsistent. Sterling has played just 25 matches in the Premier League, scoring four times.
Gabriel Jesus
The Brazilian forward has made the most of his move to North London and has proven an astute signing for Arsenal. The number nine has netted 10 times in 23 Premier League appearances having missed a chunk of the season with a knee injury he sustained in the World Cup.
Whilst City have enjoyed plenty of success with Erling Haaland, Jesus' form for Arsenal did lead to questions about strengthening a rival. Now Pep Guardiola's side have wrestled control of the title race, those discussions have died down.
Oleksandr Zinchenko
Like Jesus, Zinchenko has thrived since his summer move to the Emirates. He has proven the perfect fit to play as an inverted full-back for Mikel Arteta.
The Ukrainian left-back has featured regularly, starting 27 times in the league. When Zinchenko has been absent for Arsenal, his presence has been sorely missed.
Fernandinho
The former City captain moved back to Brazil at the end of his contract to join Athletico Paranaense. Their domestic league runs from May to December.
The Brazilian made 15 appearances last season and has begun all four league games at the start of this campaign. Athletico have begun the season with two wins and two defeats, leaving them 10th in the table.
Pedro Porro
The young defender is already back in the Premier League. Having been sold by City to Sporting Lisbon, it took just six months for Tottenham Hotspur to acquire the Spanish international.
Spurs will pay a fee of €45m this summer as part of the January loan-to-buy deal. So far, Porro has started 12 Premier League games since the New Year, scoring and assisting twice.
Ko Itakura
The Japanese centre-back joined Borrusia Monchengladbach on a permanent deal in the summer and has proved an astute signing for the Bundesliga side. Itakura has made 21 appearances in the Bundesliga this season and appeared three time for Japan at the World Cup.
Arjinet Muric
The Burnley goalkeeper will be back in the Premier League next season after earning promotion with the Clarets. Vincent Kompany's side broke the 100-point barrier as they sealed an immediate return to the top flight.
Muric was number one goalkeeper throughout the campaign with his risky and adventurous style the perfect fit for Kompany's possession-heavy side. Muric kept 19 clean sheets in the process, conceding only 31 times.
Diego Rosa
Like Fernandinho, Rosa returned to Brazil and he joined EC Bahia. They are directly above Fernandinho's team in the table after six points from their first four games too.
Rosa has been a substitute in the opening four matches, having to come from the bench to make an impact. Last season, he was on loan at Lommel SK in Belgium.
Daniel Arzani
Arzani left City on a free transfer in the summer and found himself at McCarthur FC in Australia. So far, he's made 19 appearances in the A-League, scoring once and setting up five goals.
Unfortunately, it's been a poor season for the club and they finished bottom of the division after the full 26 games.
Ryotaro Meshino
Meshino moved back to Japan in the summer to join Gamba Osaka in the top flight. This season, he's made eight appearances but is yet to register a goal or an assist.
The team are just one place above the relegation zone in 17th. Gamba Osaka have managed just seven points from their 12 league games putting them in danger of the drop.
Ante Palaversa
It's been a difficult season for Palaversa, who has not made an impact with Troyes in League 1. The Croatian has been limited to only two appearances in the French first division.
Troyes have struggled overall and sit second bottom of the league, 12 points from safety with only four games remaining. In all likelihood, they will be relegated which could offer Palaversa the chance of more regular game time.
Marlos Moreno
Moreno followed Palaversa to Troyes but lasted just six months in France before moving on to Turkey. He now plays for Konyaspor in the Super Lig after moving on loan.
Since moving clubs, Moreno has made eight appearances for Konyaspor but is yet to net. It remains to be seen whether the Turkish club will buy him permanently for next season.
