Arsenal have been linked with a move for Manchester City forward Gabriel Jesus this summer. The Brazilian’s contract at the Etihad Stadium expires in 2023, leaving a potential exit possible.
The Gunners themselves are in search of a striker at the end of the season, with Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah set to leave as free agents. Mikel Arteta has been rumoured to be interested in a number of goal scorers since January, with the likes of Darwin Nunez, Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Alexander Isak linked.
However, Jesus is the latest in the mix with a move to the Emirates Stadium. With a World Cup on the horizon at the end of the year, the Brazil international is said to be keen on a transfer in search of more regular playing time - with Erling Haaland also looking set to make the move to Manchester this summer.
