Arsenal's Premier League clash with Liverpool certainly met the expectations expected. The Gunners visited Anfield knowing three points would be a major statement of intent in their Premier League title hopes.
Granit Xhaka and Trent Alexander-Arnold were involved in an altercation moments before Salah's goal. Jesus was then on the receiving end of a triple challenge inside Liverpool's half.

The Brazilian was forced to receive treatment by club physio Simon Murphy before leaving the field at own accord. While making his way to the touchline, Jesus seemed to accuse the Liverpool players of elbowing him in a frustrated rant to Jurgen Klopp.
Jesus' reaction was not greeted with welcomed arms by the Reds following either. Referee Paul Tierney did not seem to acknowledge Jesus' complaints either, with no Liverpool player punished for the incident.
The striker's goal at Anfield was his third in two games after returning from injury. After netting twice against Leeds last week, the 26-year-old was in the right place at the right time to head past Alisson.
