Everton have announced that they have suspended all commercial ties with USM, Megafon and Yota with immediate effect.
USM, owned by Alisher Usmanov - a long-term friend of Farhad Moshiri - first entered into an agreement with the Blues in 2017 which saw the club's training ground named USM Finch Farm.
Numerous deals have followed with affiliated companies, but all are now suspended due to the Uzbekistan-born billionaire's ties with Vladimir Putin.
The club have come under increasing pressure to act over recent days following Russia's military invasion of Ukraine, and released a statement on Wednesday afternoon.
It read: "Everyone at Everton remains shocked and saddened by the appalling events unfolding in Ukraine.
"This tragic situation must end as soon as possible, and any further loss of life must be avoided.
"The players, coaching staff and everyone working at Everton are providing full support to our player Vitalii Mykolenko and his family and will continue to do so.
"The club can confirm that it has suspended with immediate effect all commercial sponsorship arrangements with the Russian companies USM, Megafon and Yota."

That will see the club immediately act to remove USM, Megafon and Yota branding from Goodison Park ahead of the side's game against Boreham Wood on Thursday evening.
It will take time to achieve all of this, particularly in removing the Megafon branding which adorns two towers at the Park End.
Wherever the removal of branding cannot be completed in time, the club will endeavour to cover up logos and other advertising as best they can.
The LED advertising boards around the outside of the pitch did not feature anything from USM, Megafon or Yota against Manchester City on Saturday.
It's believed that will be the same again on Thursday evening and for the foreseeable future.
Thursday evening's programme will not feature any USM branding throughout the pages or on the front cover, which have been prevalent for a number of years.
Away from Goodison Park there are also set to be immediate changes from the club.
The first-team's training kits have Megafon as a shirt sleeve sponsor, and it's believed that the Blues will be taking part in Finch Farm sessions with that removed in the coming days.
Everton Women also have Megafon as their main shirt sponsor for the current campaign.
They are in action away to Aston Villa on Wednesday night, and it's believed that they will wear shirts with the men's Cazoo branding on the front instead.
Yota is a sleeve sponsor for Everton Women, and that logo will be removed from their shirts.
Meanwhile, in January 2020, USM signed an agreement with Everton which essentially granted them first refusal over stadium naming rights at Bramley-Moore Dock.
A one-time payment of £30m was made to the club, with the company holding the right to take up an option on naming the ground in the future if they saw fit.
The ECHO understands this agreement has been suspended for the time-being, with no decision on stadium naming rights forthcoming as things stand.
A decision over that will be made in the future.
Everton will be working as quickly as possible to implement these imminent set of changes, although it must be clarified that it make take some time to achieve some of these moves.
