What channel is Tottenham vs Arsenal? Kick-off time, TV and live stream details

Arsenal can secure a top four finish and UEFA Champions League football for next season with a win against north London rivals Tottenham Hotspur on Thursday, following a run of four successive victories to open up a four point gap.

But Tottenham’s impressive performance in their 1-1 draw with Liverpool on Saturday, coupled with having home advantage for this fixture, means they are favourites heading into this game, as their top four hopes hang in the balance.

A victory for the Gunners would take them seven points clear of Spurs and confirm their place in the top four, while a win for the Lilywhites would bring them to within a point of their visitors with two games to play.

When is Tottenham vs Arsenal?

Tottenham vs Arsenal will kick-off at 7:45pm on Thursday, May 12 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The last meeting between these two sides came in the reverse league fixture back in September, when Arsenal secured a 3-1 victory at the Emirates Stadium in this early-season North London derby.

The game was effectively over by half-time following a rampant first half display from the hosts, where goals from Emile Smith Rowe, Pierre-Emerick Aubamyenag and Bukayo Saka had the Gunners 3-0 up after 34 minutes. Son Heung-min pulled one back for Spurs in the 79th minute, but Arsenal held on to secure all three points.

Team news

This game will either make or break Tottenham’s season and for that reason, Antonio Conte will be fully expected to name his strongest possible side here and stick with the same one that impressed in the 1-1 draw at Liverpool on Saturday.

The Italian will remain without the injured quartet of Sergio Reguilon (groin), Oliver Skipp (groin), Matt Doherty (knee) and Japhet Tanganga (knee) for this fixture, who are all ruled out for the remainder of the season. Due to these absentees, options are limited from the bench, and so an unchanged lineup from the weekend should be on the cards.

As for the Gunners, Mikel Arteta will be tempted to stick with the same side that defeated Leeds United on Sunday to record a fourth successive victory, as the Gunners go in search of extending that winning run to five matches. However, he may also look to make some tactical changes for this huge clash.

The Spaniard will remain without the injured duo of Thomas Partey (thigh) and Kieran Tierney (knee), but will hope to welcome back Ben White (thigh) in defence, although he will face a late fitness test along with Bukayo Saka. There could be a recall for Nuno Tavares at left back, while Emile Smith Rowe and Alexandre Lacazette will be pushing for starts.
