As the new season edges closer, Celtic are continuing their pre season preparations as they face Banik Ostrava this afternoon.
Ange Postecoglou's side have travelled to the Czech Republic to take part in a special fixture to celebrate the Czech side's 100th anniversary. The Parkhead outfit have already played two friendly clashes this summer, beating SC Wiener Viktoria 7-0 last week before a 3-3 draw against SK Rapid Wien in Vienna on Saturday.
And now the Hoops are looking to make it three games on the bounce without a defeat. The Scottish champs are gearing up for Champions League group stage football as well as a battle to retain the cinch Premiership crown. Ange Postecoglou has already the opportunity to suss out his new recruits, with Alexandro Bernabei playing both games so far and keeper Benjamin Siergrist enjoying some game time in the first clash. Jota and Cameron Carter-Vickers both played their first match as a permanent Celtic players on Saturday.
