Club captain Cesar Azpilicueta continues to please Chelsea fans after staying behind to sign autographs and pose for photos after pre-season training.
Azpilicueta has been linked with a move to Barcelona this summer, with just one year left on his current deal at Stamford Bridge. The Spaniard signed for the Blues from Marseille in 2012 and has made over 470 appearances for the club in his 10 year stay.
football.london understands Chelsea are extremely confident over securing a deal for Sevilla centre-back Jules Kounde, but Thomas Tuchel has admitted he may not allow Azpilicueta to leave the club despite the expected arrival of the Frenchman. Mason Mount has revealed he is eyeing the club captain role in the future, with uncertainty surrounding Azpilicueta's future.

Tuchel's squad are currently training in Orlando ahead of their Florida Cup pre-season fixture against Arsenal this weekend. The Blues' club captain pleased fans that watched the players train after staying behind following the session to sign autographs and merchandise, as well as posing for photos with supporters.
Even with reports linking the Spain international with a move to the Nou Camp this summer, Azpilicueta continues to show his loyalty and love for the club and it's fans with this kind gesture during the Blues' pre-season tour of America. Marcos Alonso is also being linked with a move to Barcelona, but the Spanish giants look set to miss out on Jules Kounde with the France international expected to move to Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea have verbally agreed a £51million deal, plus add-ons, with Sevilla whilst personal terms were agreed with Kounde months ago. The 23-year-old is set to become the west Londoners third summer signing of the Todd Boehly era, but Tuchel revealed he still wants a minimum of one more defensive signing before the transfer deadline.
