Former Arsenal star Aaron Ramsey was the only player to miss his spot-kick during Rangers' bitterly disappointing Europa League final defeat against Frankfurt.
The Scottish giants enjoyed an excellent European campaign, knocking out the likes of Braga, Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig on their way to Wednesday's final. And they even took the lead in Seville's showpiece thanks to an excellent finish from Joe Aribo just before the hour mark.
However, Colombian frontman Rafael Santos Borre found an equaliser for the Bundesliga outfit just 12 minutes later before the game went to extra-time and eventually penalties, where Frankfurt won 5-4 after Ramsey's effort was easily saved by German international Kevin Trapp. The Gunners hero had only been brought on as a substitute in the 117th minute, with Scottish legend Pat Nevin admitting he felt sorry for the Welshman.

Speaking on BBC Radio 5 Live after the game, Nevin said: “Torture. Every time you lose a cup final is torture.
"After the work they put in, after the fact they got better as the game went on. They really believed.
"The standard of penalties was astonishingly high except for Ramsey. He has to live with that for the rest of his life.
"What an opportunity Rangers had. They'll kick themselves.
"It was there to be won. Had they had Morelos and Roofe fit I think they'd be walking away with this trophy.”
The 31-year-old's loan at Ibrox Stadium will come to an end after Saturday's Scottish Cup final against Hearts, when he will return to parent club Juventus. However, his future in Turin is shrouded in doubt, with injuries plaguing his career since leaving Arsenal back in 2019.
