Dogs might not be allowed to run off leads under newly proposed rules - (PA)

Residents of east London's Tower Hamlets will be surveyed over proposals to enforce stricter regulations for dog owners in the borough.

The borough’s council is considering introducing a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) for dog-related antisocial behaviour required in light of what it considers has been an increase in “out-of-control” canines.
