A man suffered serious head injuries after being struck by a bus on Westminster Bridge.
An Air Ambulance landed in Parliament Square to help the man after he was injured in the shadow of the Houses of Parliament at 3.40pm on Friday.
A 159 bus on the way to Oxford Circus was left at the scene with an impact smash on its front window where it hit the pedestrian.
His injuries were deemed not life-threatening.

Whilst paramedics were on the scene treating the first victim a cyclist came off his bike at 4.35pm.
Police said it was possible he collided with a bollard.
His injuries were not thought life-threatening but a Scotland Yard spokesman said “we await a full assessment”.
