Cuts to local services in West Lothian are inevitable unless the Scottish Government provides adequate funding, the leader of West Lothian Council has warned.
“Really difficult decisions need to be made,” Councillor Lawrence Fitzpatrick told the Local Democracy Reporting Service.
The warning comes as the council prepares to launch a public consultation on measures that will cut spending and alter local services.
