A West Lothian 'play worker' pulled a child off the floor by his hood and dragged him.

The incident took place while Jamie Scott was working as a practitioner in a day care service for children in Linlithgow. Scott grabbed the young boy by the hood which resulted in his jumper tightening around his neck.

Scott grabbed his arm, put it across his chest and dragged him. As a result, he was given an 18-month warning on his registration following a hearing with the Scottish Social Services Council.
