The heartbroken family of a West Lothian man say they face a race against time to save his life after pain thought to be a hernia was revealed as a terminal cancer diagnosis.
Karolina Jablonska told how her world had ‘fallen apart’ after brother Michal was informed he had months to live following the discovery of stage four chondroblastic osteosarcoma in August last year.
The 24-year-old, from Livingston, initially went to his GP complaining of aches in August but has since undergone several rounds of gruelling chemotherapy in a bid to beat back the effects of the condition.
