West Lothian film studio benefits from Amazon investment of £50 million

Amazon West Lothian Good Omens

A West Lothian studio is set to benefit from a £50 million investment from Amazon for three three new shows the entertainment giant is filming across the East of Scotland.

Amazon claims more than 750 jobs have been created due to three shows - The Rig, Anansi Boys, and season 2 of Good Omens - all of which went into production over the last year.

Pyramids Studios, located at Bathgate’s Pyramids Business Park, is one of two studios set to benefit from the investment from Amazon - the other studio is located in Leith.
