West Lothian driver caught with four children in the back as two 'share seatbelt'

West Lothian Police Livingston West Calder

A driver in West Lothian was caught out by police after they were found to have put children at risk in the back of the car.

Road Police from the Livingston station had been out on patrol on Thursday (June 30) when they stopped a vehicle out in the Polbeth area of West Calder.

Initially pulling over the vehicle for an exposed cord on both of the rear tyres, the driver was then found to have committed further offences regarding their passengers.
