West Ham XI for Nottingham Forest clash predicted as David Moyes faces selection dilemma

Nottingham Forest will return to action when they face West Ham United at the London Stadium on Saturday (3pm).

The Reds came away with a vital point at the City Ground after holding Manchester City to a 1-1 draw last time out. The Hammers, meanwhile, are in a more delicate situation, currently 18th in the Premier League and looking down instead of up.

David Moyes' side are winless in their last three league games, the most recent reverse being a 2-0 defeat to Tottenham. Ahead of this weekend's clash, NottinghamshireLive has taken a look at the predicted line-up Moyes could go for.

The 59-year-old boss will be desperate for his chosen XI to come good with pressure on his position growing. And he has a huge boost with the news that Danny Ings is in line to make his first start following a £15million switch from Aston Villa in January.

Lukasz Fabianski is expected to stay between the sticks, although some fans have called for a change to bring in Alphonse Areola. In defence, Moyes is likely to stick with a backline of five consisting of Angelo Ogbonna, Nayef Aguerd and Kurt Zouma as centre-backs, along with Vladimir Coufal and Emerson Palmieri at wing-back.

In midfield, Tomas Soucek is likely to replace Flynn Downes and form a partnership with England ace Declan Rice. There is some hope that Lucas Paqueta will return this weekend following a shoulder injury.

Moyes has been reliant on Jarrod Bowen in attack this season, and the 26-year-old is expected to make another start, although his partner is likely to be different. Michail Antonio has struggled in front of goal so far and Moyes may therefore opt for Ings to lead the line.

Predicted West Ham XI: Fabianski; Zouma, Ogbonna, Aguerd; Coufal, Rice, Soucek, Paqueta, Emerson; Bowen, Ings.
