Tottenham Hotspur will be looking for a much-improved performance following their 2-0 win over Nottingham Forest at the weekend, with Steve Cooper's side dominating much of the first 60 minutes.
Spurs lead through Harry Kane after four minutes but rarely threatened throughout. But after some admirable defending and weathering the storm, Kane was on hand to head home his 200th league goal of his career to ensure the points would be returning to north London.
But a much tougher test awaits this evening against a rejuvenated West Ham side, who picked up their first victory of the season on Saturday, beating Aston Villa 1-0 thanks to Pablo Fornals' 74th-minute strike.

Team news:
After confirming the club-record signing of Lyon midfielder Lucas Paqueta earlier in the week, Hammers fans will have to wait a little longer to see the Brazilian in the infamous claret and blue, with fellow summer signing Gianluca Scamacca expected to lead the line in search of his first Premier League goal, though he was quiet against Aston Villa.
Angelo Ogbonna and Vladimir Coufal are fit again, but Nayef Aguerd, Craig Dawson, Ben Johnson and Aaron Cresswell are expected to miss out.
For Spurs, Christian Romero is expected to be fit after returning to training the week alongside Oliver Skipp, but Bryan Gil and Lucas Moura are side-lined, with the former expected to complete a loan deal before Thursday's transfer deadline window shuts.
Richarlison will also be eyeing his first start since joining Spurs in the summer, producing an impactful display in his substitute appearance at the City Ground, providing Kane with his second goal of the afternoon.
West Ham predicted line-up:
Fabianski; Coufal, Zouma, Kehrer, Cresswell, Soucek, Rice, Bowen, Fornals, Benrahma, Scamacca
Spurs predicted line-up:
Lloris, Emerson, Romero, Dier, Davies, Perisic, Hojberg, Bentancur, Kulusevski, Son Heung-min, Kane
