West Ham made it to the final of the Europa Conference League on Thursday night. Manager David Moyes called it his 'greatest achievement'.
It will be the Hammers' first European final since 1976 and after a difficult campaign in the Premier League, victory offers them a route back into the Europa League for next season.
Moyes' boys secured a place in the final thanks to a 2-1 aggregate win over Dutch side AZ Alkmaar on Thursday, with Pablo Fornals scoring the only goal of the game in the Netherlands in the second leg.

For the supporters, attention immediately turns to the showpiece final - played in the Czechia capital of Pragu on Wednesday, June 7. Hammers fans everywhere will be desperate to see their team in action against Italian outfit Fiorentina at the Fortuna Arena.
But they face a significant outlay to make that happen. Significantly more than if they had booked tickets to travel prior to Thursday night's win anyway.
According to research by BonusCodeBets, flights to the Czech capital have increased by a whopping 513% in the wake of West Ham reaching the final.
A round trip for a two-day excursion to Prague between May 31 and June 2 costs £97 just one week before the final at Fortuna Arena. Now, however, indirect flights from June 6 to June 8, with a stop off in Munich or Vienna will cost £519 or £546 respectively!
According to Google, flights to Prague typically cost between £60 and £150. Of course, the high demand from West Ham fans to get to a European final has caused the surge in prices and will likely mean hotels, car rentals and various amenities will also rise in price.
Good luck Hammers fans!
