West Ham: Nuno Espirito Santo sends Lucas Paqueta curt farewell as new-look squad assessed

Nuno Espirito Santo has issued a curt goodbye to Lucas Paqueta, saying he is pleased to have a ‘committed’ squad at his disposal for the Premier League run-in.

Paqueta left the relegation-threatened Irons to rejoin boyhood club Flamengo in January after submitting a transfer request, citing the mental toll of his spot-fixing trial as fuelling his desire to move home.
