Was this the good Manchester City turning up rather than the bad one, or simply West Ham doing what they do best in matches against the traditional Big Six?

It was, of course, probably both, Savinho and Erling Haaland in hungry enough mood that the Hammers’ latest heavy defeat — 4-1 at the Etihad — at least had mitigating factors.
