West Ham are closing in on a double deal for Gil Vicente striker Pablo and Lazio forward Taty Castellanos.
Standard Sport understands a deal for Pablo is closer to completion than Castellanos, but West Ham are in discussions over both deals.
21-year-old Pablo has scored nine goals in 12 games this season in the Portuguese top-flight.
Castellanos, meanwhile, has scored two Serie A goals for Lazio, having missed two months of action with a hamstring injury.
The Hammers, who are struggling towards the bottom of the Premier League table, have also agreed to sell Luis Guilherme to Sporting CP in a deal worth around €20million (£17.4million).
Guilherme, who has failed to make an impression since joining West Ham last summer, has been given permission to travel for a medical.
Niclas Fullkrug is also set to leave West Ham in January, with AC Milan closing in on a six-month loan deal for the German striker.
Fullkrug has struggled with injuries this season, but despite returning from a thigh issue in November, he has not played for the Hammers since their 2-0 defeat to Liverpool.
Goals have been an issue for West Ham this season, and they have moved quickly to try and add reinforcements in attack, with Fullkurg set to depart and Callum Wilson’s minutes being managed due to his fitness.
West Ham are prepared to back manager Nuno Espirito Santo in the January market as they look to avoid being relegated to the Championship for the first time in 14 years.
