West Ham United have been training ahead of their Europa Conference League round of 16 second leg clash against AEK Larnaca.
The Hammers currently have a 2-0 lead going into Thursday’s clash, knowing a win over two legs will put them in the last eight of the competition for what would be their second consecutive European quarter-final in as many seasons.
Ahead of the game, West Ham had an open section of their pre-match training session prior to facing the Guardians and football.london went along to see who trained ahead of the game.

In total, 24 players were involved in the open section of the training session, featuring 21 of the 23 senior players and three academy players.

Alphonse Areola and Jospeh Anang both featured, as did academy goalkeeper Krisztian Hegyi, who was named in Hungary’s senior squad for the first time on Tuesday.
In defence, seven of the eight senior defenders featured. Only right-back Vladimir Coufal was absent, as he is currently sidelined with a heel injury, meaning a return after the international break for him is likely. Academy centre-back Levi Laing was however involved in the session.
The whole midfield contingent of the squad were in the session but were also joined by under-21s midfielder Freddie Potts, who played in this competition earlier this season against Romanian side FCSB.
Striker Michail Antonio was not involved following a recent calf issue that kept him out of Sunday’s 1-1 draw with Aston Villa. Danny Ings and Gianluca Scamacca were however involved.
