Not if you read the latest news and the government's reported approval of 1,700 new housing units in an East Jerusalem settlement. Added to that are plans for a Thursday march that's been authorised to pass through Jerusalem's Al-Aqsa compound, one of the holiest sites in Islam which is also holy to Jews as Temple Mount.
