Fresh from an impressive win against AC Milan, Graham Potter has been left with little time to savour his first Champions League victory as Chelsea coach. The Blues boss' attention will swiftly have turned to Wolves and the busy month lying in wait.
It's a quick turnaround for the west London side with Friday likely offering the only significant preparation for the west Midlands side, who are without a manager following the sacking of Bruno Lage. Coaches James Collins and Steve Davis have taken charge of training this week with the Premier League side linked to the likes of Julen Lopetegui.
This season, the football calendar does not wait for anyone with Chelsea set to play another 11 matches before breaking for the World Cup in November. Though that is not necessarily a prospect that daunts the Blues' new head coach.

With all that said, football.london takes a look at the topics Potter is likely to face later today.
Welsey Fofana injury update
It's been widely reported that Wesley Fofana is set to be out for four to six weeks after he was forced off with a knee injury against AC Milan on Wednesday night. Potter will be set to reveal all on Friday afternoon with Fofana having already posted on Instagram: "From laughter to tears, I'll be back stronger. Be sure"
It seems the Blues will certainly be without the Frenchman for sometime and Chelsea's press conference will give some insight into Potter's thoughts on how to progress without the summer signing, and whether Trevoh Chalobah will be the answer after his outing in the Champions League.
N'Golo Kante
Fofana's injury may now be dominating the headlines, but Friday should bring another update on Kante. The midfielder was already back on the training pitches last week, albeit not in full training. The 47-year-old coach did not put a time limit on Kante's return last week, but with another seven days of progress, there will be people hoping that he is nearing a first team comeback.
Unlike Edouard Mendy, he did not return to the squad for the visit of Milan to Stamford Bridge however, so there could still be more time to wait.
Chelsea's record versus Wolves (and Diego Costa)
Last week, Potter laughed at the return of negative statistics in his press conference before he recorded his first win over Crystal Palace. There may be another this afternoon given Chelsea's recent run-ins against Wolves.
Under Thomas Tuchel, the Blues could not prise three points from their Premier League rivals. The German boss recorded three draws against Wolves, with Chelsea losing 2-1 previous to that under Frank Lampard. May's clash, perhaps saw Chelsea fortunate to come away with a point after giving up a 2-0 lead following Romelu Lukaku's brace.
Most noteworthy of all on Saturday afternoon will be Diego Costa's return to west London however. The former Atletico Madrid forward hit 64 goals in 135 appearances for Chelsea, and hit 20 goals in two Premier League seasons before his return to Spain.
Chelsea have laboured in the forward position since, whether it be due to form or managerial preference but in Potter's last two games there's a hint Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang may be part of an answer to finally finding another who can truly lead the line. After another goalscoring display, Potter will no doubt be asked about that prospect.
