Ieuan Evans is promising "a new year, a new Wales" after penning an open letter to Welsh rugby at the start of 2023.
The newly-elected Welsh Rugby Union chairman has outlined his bold plans for the Welsh game at every level over the course of the coming 12 months.
They include calling an extraordinary general meeting to attempt to push through proposals again to modernise the running of the Welsh game amid a charm offensive conducted by Evans himself to try to win over wavering clubs.
