A march for Welsh independence is set to take place in Wrexham. This will be the fourth march hosted by AUOBCymru, which stands for 'All Under One Banner', alongside Indy Fest Wrecsam and YesCymru.
It will be the first march to take place following the coronavirus pandemic. Previous marches for independence have been held in Cardiff, Caernarfon, and Merthyr Tydfil and have attracted people in their thousands. The Caernarfon march, for example, attracted more than 5,000 people.
In the past, guest speakers have included Scottish comedian and political activist Hardeep Singh Kohli, former Welsh goalkeeper Neville Southall, and former rugby union player and commentator Eddie Butler.
