Hawk-eyed viewers have been taking to social media after seeing an Irish registration plate on a crushed car in Ukraine as the invasion continues.
The vehicle was spotted under rubble during a video posted by Nick Fisher - Indigo Traveller - on YouTube as he documents his travels through Ukraine.
Social media users spotted the 04-D registration on the blue Toyota RAV4 which appears to have been heavily damaged as a result of a fallen building.

The New Zealand travel blogger is well known for heading to locations that are deemed extremely dangerous in order to document his journey online.
Mr. Fisher most recently began at the Ukraine border a number of months ago and has since entered the country to document the ongoing violence and damage caused to innocent civilian towns.
In one of his videos, the car was spotted by Irish viewers as the YouTuber walked the streets of Ukraine, specifically in the city of Kharkiv.
Since being spotted, a number of checks have been carried out on the car’s history by cartell.ie, and according to this, the five-door, 1.8l petrol Toyota model has had four owners since it was bought brand new in 2004 for €32,000.
The car has also been sold three times with the last time being in 2016, however, the car hasn’t been taxed in Ireland or had an Irish NCT since 2019.
The current owner of the car remains unknown and so there is no information around how the car was brought 3,500km from Ireland to the city in eastern Ukraine.
All that is known is that the journey would have taken more than 40 hours by road.
Taking to social media, users were stunned to see the Irish reg in the midst of the destruction as the war continues.
One user said: "Imagine seeing a Dublin registered car in the middle of the Ukraine war. This is mad."
A second said: "How on earth did this Irish car get all the way over there?"
A third said: "There's something you don't see every day, a Dublin car in the middle of a war."
According to checks, the car wasn’t imported into Ireland and there is no outstanding finance on it.
It comes after last month in a segment on CNN’s The Situation Room hosted by Wolf Blitzer, the same distinctive blue car was seen in the background while the panel discussed the latest developments in the war.
