The Minnesota Vikings don’t play on Sunday for the third time this season. They didn’t when they played the Philadelphia Eagles on Thursday night or when they played the San Francisco 49ers on Monday night.
Each market will get three games with two of them airing on CBS and one on Fox. Since the Vikings play on Monday night, here is what to watch for from each game.
Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Cincinnati Bengals
Watch: Bengals defense
The Vikings will face the Cincinnati Bengals in three weeks time and, while the offense theoretically will be easier to slow down, the defense is still a difficult unit under defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo.
Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Houston Texans
Watch: The beginning of a future rivalry
C.J. Stroud and Trevor Lawrence are two of the best quarterbacks in the National Football League and this could be both the start of a great rivalry and the deciding game in the AFC South.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Indianapolis Colts
Watch: Can Indianapolis keep their playoff hopes alive?
The Colts are somehow still at 0.500 despite rookie phenom Anthony Richardson being out with a shoulder injury. Could a playoff run bring Richardson back for the finish of the season?
New Orleans Saints vs. Atlanta Falcons
Watch: Winner is still in Wild Card hunt
The Vikings hold the tiebreaker over both teams, but a loss for the Falcons could end up putting them too far out of a playoff spot.
New England Patriots vs. New York Giants
Watch: First overall pick bowl
This game is likely to be poor but the winner will be on track to potentially be the first overall pick.
Carolina Panthers vs. Tennessee Titans
Watch: The rookie quarterbacks
Both Will Levis and Bryce Young have shown flashes of being the guy, but can they continue to take a step forward?
Los Angeles Rams vs. Arizona Cardinals
Watch: Kyler Murray
He returned two weeks ago for the Cardinals and looks to be back to full strength. If you want to just have fun, this is the player to watch.
Cleveland Browns vs. Denver Broncos
Watch: Are the Browns done without Deshaun Watson?
The Browns lost Watson to a shoulder injury and beat the Pittsburgh Steelers the next week. Can they contend with the Baltimore Ravens with Dorian Thompson-Robinson and P.J. Walker at quarterback?
Kansas City Chiefs vs. Las Vegas Raiders
Watch: Can the Chiefs’ wide receivers figure it out?
The receivers for the Chiefs have been rough so far this season and it came back to bite them on Monday night. Can they take a step forward?
Buffalo Bills vs. Philadelphia Eagles
Watch: The entire game
This is the game of the day. Park yourself on the couch and enjoy it.
Baltimore Ravens vs. Los Angeles Chargers
Watch: Lamar Jackson’s MVP candidacy grow
Jackson is one of the front runners for the Most Valuable Player award and he is playing phenomenal football. Enjoy watching him continue to build his candidacy and he will do so with Justin Herbert on the other side.
