Cold wave grips North India

New Delhi: Amid the inclement weather conditions, a layer of fog enveloped several parts of North India including national capital Delhi on Monday, resulting in the reduced visibility.

Many regions in Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand are covered with a sheet of snow further reducing the temperature.
