Weakness in the Brazilian Real Weighs on Coffee Prices

December arabica coffee (KCZ26) is down -4.15 (-1.44%) today, and November ICE robusta coffee (RMX26) is down -43 (-1.26%).

Coffee prices are sliding today, pressured by weakness in the Brazilian real (^USDBRL). The real tumbled to a 6-week low against the dollar today, encouraging export sales from Brazil’s coffee producers.
