Perfect plump buns that are packed with sultanas, currants and raisins. We loved their rustic look and zesty lemon peel flavour.
Jen said, “The fruit is evenly distributed and plump, which means every bite feels properly balanced rather than too dough-heavy."

Satisfy your sweet tooth with these outrageously chocolatey buns. Peppered with dark, milk and white chocolate chips that are delicious and melty when toasted.
Lucy said, “These toast beautifully - crisp on the outside while staying soft in the centre, with just the right amount of molten chocolate.”

A show-stopping combination of sweet chocolate and tangy sour cherries. Perfectly balanced, with evenly distributed chips and fruit. A bold new twist we loved. Booths offer several other exciting flavours that we enjoyed.
Jess said, “This is a very elegant flavour profile that works perfectly in a hot cross bun. The other Booths buns were also close contenders!”

Delicately sweetened dough with chunky pieces of salted caramel fudge and rich dark chocolate chips. We loved how traditional these looked, with the choc chips being easily mistaken for currants.
Rose said, “These buns are picture perfect and taste just as good as they look. It’s hard to stop at one.”

Lucy said, “The texture of these is impressively soft and light, something that’s often difficult to achieve in free-from baking.”

An expertly executed simnel cake that is bursting with juicy glacé cherries and spiced vine-fruits, all layered and hand decorated with delicious golden marzipan.
Jen said, “This is an exceptional version of a classic simnel cake. If you don’t have the time to bake one yourself then this is the next best thing. Some that we tried were a bit dry but this one has stayed deliciously moist.”

9 Delicious hand iced chocolate biscuits inspired by classic Faberge eggs. The tin is almost as pretty as the biscuits themselves making this an excellent Easter gifting option.
Lucy said, “The icing detail is so impressive, but the biscuits themself are also a delight thanks to their lovely buttery snap.”
