A night in Edinburgh’s worst hotel didn’t exactly seem like a dream when it was proposed to me, however I love a good underdog and was very much hoping to be pleasantly surprised by the establishment which had somehow managed to give itself such a bad reputation.
The Britannia, formerly known as the Dragonara was once known as the place to go in Edinburgh when it was in its heyday in the 1990s.
