Farmer Wants A Wife (FWAW) Australia has continued to prove it’s the gift that keeps on giving when it comes to romance by teasing a new proposal in this year’s season. And of course, our predictions were correct!

Unlike other dating shows — *cough* Married At First Sight *cough* — FWAW has quite the golden streak when it comes to matchmaking. Across its 16 years, the show has resulted in 11 marriages and a whopping 30 kids.

At the end of this year’s shebang, that list of relationships is bound to expand with a new proposal confirmed.

Ahead of its 2026 season, FWAW shared that a farmer is set to pop the big question, and during its premiere episode, the reality TV gods gave us a hint at who the newly engaged FWAW couple are with a cheeky soundbite.

“Will you make me the happiest man in the world, and will you marry me?” the mystery farmer said before the bride agreed.

Now, it’s been revealed who popped the big question!

Which farmer proposes on Farmer Wants A Wife Australia 2026?

Just before Farmer Zac and Farmer Jason could make their final decision, Monday’s finale kicked off with a proposal from 2025’s Farmer Tom Boyer and Georgie Lavrey (which we predicted BTW)!

As we’ve mentioned twice before the big reveal, we predicted that these love birds would be back on our screens for this year’s proposal. Here’s why…

Firstly, in the promo, the bloke proposing sounded exactly like Tom. Secondly, it looks like the gal in the promo has blonde hair, matching Georgie’s current hairstyle.

Diving deeper into the theory, it looks like Georgie is wearing a gold band on her ring finger in an Instagram pic shared on April 6.
