Mohamed Salah believes the disappointment experienced during the current campaign will inspire Liverpool to come back strong next season

Jurgen Klopp's side will end 2022/23 without a trophy to their name, a far cry from the heights witnessed last season, during which two major honours were claimed while also reaching the final of the Champions League.

The only thing now left to play for is securing Champions League football, though Saturday's 4-1 defeat at Manchester City has cast further doubt on the Reds reaching the top four come the end of May.
