Canterbury coach Cameron Ciraldo has ruled out releasing Bronson Xerri before the mid-season trade deadline, but supports the centre's desire to "look at what's best for him" with a move next season.
Although contracted at the Bulldogs for 2027, Xerri has been allowed to explore his options amid a tumultuous third season back from his four-year doping ban.
