Amazon Prime Day is well and truly underway, and we've spent the past day hunting high and low for bargains that simply cannot miss.
With deals galore on this two-day event, which lasts from Tuesday, July 11 until midnight on Wednesday, July 12, this year appears to be bigger and better than ever before.
As the Daily Record's Trends Team, we know a thing or two about shopping deals and have been scouring Amazon's website for the past 24 hours to find the best bargain products, which you can check out here.
But our team have all also succumbed to the Amazon Prime Day sales this year and treated ourselves with some some retail therapy.

"After comparing prices and checking reviews, I decided to purchase the Echo Show Amazon's Echo Show 8 smart display. It has a screen which allows you to watch your favourite shows, which sounds perfect for when I'm cooking dinner.
"It's also down to £64.99 from £119 which is 46% off the original price - a pretty good deal if you ask me! I did almost purchase the Echo Show 5, Amazon's latest release, which is down to £44 from £89.99 (also a great deal) but I fancied a slightly larger screen."

"I missed out on the air fryer hype so have been looking forward to purchasing one at a good deal. This particular Ninja model caters up two to four person households, and also doesn't take up too much space on your countertop - which is a must for me.
"It can cook faster than an oven which is perfect for those quick and easy midweek meals, and also saves up to 55% on your energy bill, which is a major selling point! I can't wait to try this one out."
