Sumeet Raghawan, who plays the lead role in the show, is shocked with the actor's demise. Sumeet said, "Sunil was a fine actor. When I heard about him passing away, I was very shocked. We had shot recently, sometime around November or December last year. After shooting with someone so recently, to think he will never return now, is saddening."
