Israeli ambassador to India Reuven Azar on Thursday expressed distrust in Pakistan, calling it a country that "sponsors terrorism" ahead of the US-Iran peace talks in Islamabad.

"We don't trust Pakistan as it sponsors terrorism; relying on our American friends to address situation," he said.
