We asked Scotland's 32 councils if they will implement EHRC single-sex code in full

SCOTLAND’S local authorities will be one of many service providers who will be implementing the UK equalities watchdog’s new guidance on single-sex spaces.

From August 5, the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) rules apply to the use of toilets and changing rooms, as well as sports teams and other facilities.
